Memberships are valid for a period of one Calendar year commencing January 1st thru to December 31st. All Membership Dues, Fees and any other outstanding amounts owed must be paid in full no later than March 1st, of the Current Membership Year. Membership Renewals that are NOT completed, including full payment, as of March 1st of the Current Membership Year shall be automatically SUSPENDED and all membership privileges in the Association shall be suspended until the renewal process, along with any additional fees, is completed in accordance with our Bylaws.

RENEWAL PERIOD

The Membership renewal period for the following Membership Year commences during our Annual STEAM-ERA event and lasts through to March 1st of the subsequent year. (Please note that Memberships for the CURRENT Membership year will NOT be accepted at STEAM-ERA.) After March 1st, your membership privileges are suspended, until your renewal has been made (as stated above).
