Memberships are valid for a period of one Calendar year commencing January 1st running through to December 31st. One year's membership gets you access to that year's STEAM-ERA. New membership applications must be approved by our membership Chair and paid for before their activation.

Membership Renewal

The Membership renewal period for the following Membership Year commences during our Annual STEAM-ERA event. All Membership Dues, Fees and any other outstanding amounts owed must be paid in full no later than March 1st, of the Current Membership Year. Membership Renewals that are NOT completed, including full payment, as of March 1st of the Current Membership Year shall be automatically SUSPENDED and all membership privileges in the Association shall be suspended until the renewal process, along with any additional fees, is completed in accordance with our Bylaws.
