Additional Notes

• Food Vendors must obtain and submit:
• a Halton Hills business licence
• Halton Health Board Approval 
• Non-food Vendors do NOT require their own License from the Town, as they will be covered under OSAPA's Temporary Event License issued by Halton Hills
• A 50% deposit is required by July 14, 2025
• Vendors from previous years can occupy their previous location if desired. New vendors will be allotted in the order they are received
• Vendors shall lease space at their own risk
• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own extension cords, tables, tents, etc.
• Vendor chair will be available after 8am each day during Steam-Era to assist with set up or concerns
